Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Return

Every customer has the right to return one or more purchased products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

• It must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• It must be in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.

• It must not be a personalized product, perishable good, or digital download.

2. Return Procedure

To request a product return:

• Contact our customer service team at ofertizavseki@mail.bg, stating the order number and the reason for the return.

• Upon receiving your request, we will send you detailed instructions for the return.

3. Return Costs

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is our mistake (e.g., a defective or incorrect product received).

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned shipment without proof of delivery.

4. Refund Period

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 20 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for:

• Products purchased during a promotion or with a special discount.

• Products that are damaged or worn due to use.

• Return requests made after the statutory return period has expired.

6. Product Exchange

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish for another item, you can return the originally purchased product according to this policy and place a new order.
